April 2014 Visiting Teaching Message / Handout

Ha! I'm actually on top of it this month. I mean, its not quite April 1st yet and I'm getting this posted... MIRACLE, I know. Anyway, I hope you all like this handout! I am a little obsessed with leopard print at the moment, so of course, I just HAD to incorporate it into this month's handout.

I love the message this month! It's so good. PLUS, there is an excellent talk in January's Ensign called "Face the Future with Faith and Hope" by Elder Ballard. It was very uplifting and I think it fits hand in hand with the visiting teaching message for February!

HERE is the link to February 2014 VT Handout... it should print with a bleed (trim the white border away so that it looks like the whole paper was painted in watercolor!)

Hello! and Happy October. I am so glad that the weather is cooling off. I love getting my sweaters and boots out! Cuddling with a blanket, hot cocoa, and reading a good book--one of my favorite things in the whole entire world...

(speaking of good books, I have a whole list of them to share! But that's for later.)

September 2013 Visiting Teaching Handout

Hey everyone! We made it HOME. We had such a great time with our family... but after what felt like running around the country like a chicken with my head cut off, I can't tell you how happy I am to be back... 

Anyway, I hope you all had a great summer break and are ready to get back to reality...It's September 1st, and you know what that means...The message this month is on self-reliance. 

I was able to get the handout made today... so HERE is the PDF link. Now get those visiting teaching appointments made in advance! :) and just a note...when you print this handout, be sure to print it on 'best draft'...some of the font is extremely thin and it shows up best when printed well. I will try to fix that font on future handouts...(sorry if it causes a problem for anyone...sometimes I take a fine tip pen and hand draw/fix lines that aren't dark enough.)
